Closing Assistant
Answer Phones: Professionalism and courtesy are critical to our customer having a positive experience throughout the closing process.
Greet customers: Greet our clients, make copies of IDs for closings and/or find out who they are here to see. Route people appropriately (Law Office or Title Company etc..)
The primary responsibility for the Closing Assistant will be to assist their assigned Closer throughout the entire transaction. This will include working with realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers, and various government offices (Property Appraiser, Tax Collector, and County Clerk) to help make sure that our clients have a positive closing experience.
Any experience within real estate, banking, or title is a plus.
Accountability is a core job requirement for this position. It less about making mistakes, and more about owning them, fixing them, and learning from them. This is a complicated industry and we understand that. It is a great career path though, and we are looking for someone that is willing to learn and grow into it.
