Responsibilities

• Safely operate vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, disembarking, and handling luggage as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and functionality before each trip.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding schedules, routes, and any issues that arise during transport.
• Assist in developing efficient routes to minimize delays and enhance service quality.
• Document any incidents or accidents in accordance with company policies.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
• Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise during transportation.
• Attention to detail for maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety standards.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
• Previous experience in transportation or customer service is preferred but not required.
