The opportunity:
The Manager, Sales Operations will have the overall responsibility of managing all sales duties and functions for the GLB brands.
The role
- Manage the key accounts for the GLB brands. This includes acting as the lead operations representative for key accounts; tracking, analyzing, and reporting order file to drive sales; analyzing inventory for improvement recommendations; managing aging reserves internally and externally; preparing budget meetings materials; compiling monthly sales reports, etc.
- Oversee and lead internal relationships including but not limited to Nike, Adidas, Fanatics, Amazon, Unrivaled and new accounts as added.
- Initiate and drive directives to positively impact the sales budget. This also includes providing suggestions for shipment flow, pull-forwards and creative solutions to maximize sales dollars.
- Work directly with all necessary internal departments to fully service the multi-brand business. (i.e.: Planning, Forecasting, CS, etc.)
- Collaborate with Sales and GLB Customers to create and design PowerPoints and business model presentations.
- Create and develop visual presentations and perform desktop publishing.
- Act as a conduit between Sales, Development, Distribution and Planning groups for communication, planning, information, etc.
The requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
- At least five (5) years’ experience managing a team.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to gather and analyze information at a high level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present information concisely in front of customers.
- Proven ability to prioritize information, work activities, use of time and resources.
- High level of interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Ability to work under demanding deadlines.
