Oak Hill is seeking a Director of Behavioral Services to provide leadership, oversight, and support for behavior specialists and related clinical teams. This position designs and monitors interventions for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health diagnoses, employing principles of Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role aligns with the organization's mission, focusing on person-centered, evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes and team effectiveness
