About the position :
The LPN at Oak Hill's Shelton's Location works 40 hours / week, Wed-Sat 7a-3p, Fri 3p-11p and assists in maintaining the health and well-being of program participants by monitoring health issues and implementing policies, procedures and programs designed to promote health and enhance independence and quality of life, in keeping with Oak Hill's mission.
Minimum Requirements :
- Licensed Practical Nurse Certificate
- Valid driver's license
