The Residential Director at Oak Hill's Bloomfield, Enfield, Manchester and Coventry locations works 40 hours / week, Monday through Friday 8a-4p with weekend and evening flexibility required. This individual will be an integral part of the management of the day-to-day operations of his / her assigned locations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring processes for all contractual agreements and licensing regulations for all relevant licensing entities, which may include Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Department of Children and Families (DCF), and Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF). The Residential Director will be responsible for the oversight and adherence to Oak Hill policies and procedures, and for facilitating the core values and mission of the agency.
Minimum Requirements :
- A master's degree in a related field, and at least three (3) years of experience collaborating with people with disabilities in a supervisory role is required. Applicants in the process of obtaining a master's degree may be considered, if applicable supervisory and practical experience applies.
