Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, transcribing, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Excel or similar software
- Coordinate projects and collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred
