WHAT IS GOING ON?
We have a great service team but we need a bright outgoing individual to support our service advisors at our Giles Automotive Service Center  

WHAT DO YOU GET?

• Money of course:  This is an entry-level position with a starting pay of $12 with a 40 hour work week.

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?
True love, the meaning of life, and a way to keep the YouTube audio going when you close the app? In the meantime, we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work to help the people in Acadiana keep their cars on the road. You don't need experience but we love to see people with experience working in customer service with the public.  The ideal person would be ambitious, confident, outgoing, creative, professional, desiring meaningful work, hardworking, good at presenting ideas, and professionally dressed.  Other things we look for:

WHAT DO YOU DO?

• Greet and guide clients over the phone for our service department.

• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.

• Assist clients and service advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a service expert. Know the ins and the outs of service offerings.

• Initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers.

• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
