Repair Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and machinery. Your expertise will ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, contributing to the overall functionality and safety of our operations.

Duties

• Diagnose issues with equipment and machinery through systematic troubleshooting methods.
• Perform repairs on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used for inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and develop solutions to prevent future breakdowns.
• Assist in the development of maintenance schedules to minimize downtime of equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other staff members as needed.
• Working as part of a team for seasonal field work.

Skills

• Proficiency in using various tools in various fields such as mechanical, electrical and plumbing
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate farm equipment is a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to repair work is important

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60 – 72 per week
