We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment following health and safety standards.
• Make sure dishes are spaced out to allow air to reach all surfaces and prevent moisture from pooling or wet-stacking.
• Cleaning and santizing hood vents daily
• Operate dishwashing machines efficiently while ensuring proper usage of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash as needed.
• Ensure that all items are properly stored after cleaning to maintain an organized workspace.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the kitchen manager promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
