We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join a dynamic Williamsburg based plastics manufacturer. The ideal candidate will possess a background in industrial maintenance systems, with the ability to work on plastic dies.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and general upkeep ( cleaning, degreasing, etc.)
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
- Collaborate with team members to develop preventive maintenance schedules and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in industrial systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective troubleshooting.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
Join our team as a Maintenance Person where your skills will contribute significantly to our operational success! Position will train on 1st shift (7am - 3:30pm) for 1-2 months and then transfer to 3rd shift ( 11p-7:30am).
