Maintenance

Responsible for installing and repairing industrial machinery and equipment including but not limited to hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic components. Occasional repairs and improvements of the facility along with identifying and maintaining an inventory of stockroom replacement parts vital to production up time.

Additional responsibilities:

• Keep all machines in functioning conditions, producing quality parts
• Perform Preventative Maintenance on Industrial Equipment
• Perform basic welding operations
• Confirm all machines meet OSHA requirement
• Perform basic electrical tasks throughout shop/property
• Aid Production and overall business needs by fabrication of new parts
• Perform repairs on building and property
• High level of organization
• Perform basic cleaning tasks
• Installing power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment such as saws, CNC, conveyors, and programmable controllers (if licensed to do so)
• Troubleshooting metal sawing machines, diagnosing malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, electrical components, switches, motors, conveyors, roto finishing equipment, gear boxes and then replacing the damaged parts as needed.

Skills

• Ability to follow manuals to perform maintenance and repair on industrial machinery and equipment
• Comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications as necessary
• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook Ability to read, write, speak English and interpret documents, operating instructions and procedure manuals
• Experience working with hand tools and power tools.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
4years of related industry experience (preferred not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
