Staff Managing:
No staff officially reports to the Production Team Lead. This role is not responsible for hiring, terminating, determining compensation, disciplining, or completing reviews for employees.
Overview:
This role is considered the senior staff member that oversees multiple assigned production cells.
To qualify for this role, an employee must exhibit a mastery of the production cells assigned. This mastery includes a complete understanding of the work instructions, essential area KPIs, raw and finished goods inventory management, consumables management, and employee training. This role is a promotion of a production team member.
The Production Team Lead is typically an individual that is an effective communicator, a self-starter, driven for continuous improvement, and has the aptitude for flexibility. The Production Team Lead is considered a liaison for the Production Manager, Project Manager, and Management.

• Keeps a clean and organized work cell
• Ensure production cell opening and closing are correctly completed as required
