What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Gillberg Law Firm LLC?
The successful candidate will preferably have one to two years' experience in the field of real estate law, and a thorough understanding of the process of commercial and residential and real estate transactions, start to finish. He or she will be able to negotiate, draft and review residential purchase contracts, transfer documents and mortgage documents, including the Closing Disclosure, and will be proficient in conducting settlements on behalf of our firm's lender clients and our title company, as well as purchasers and sellers.
We are a growing firm and are looking for team players with excellent communication skills, organizational abilities and strong work ethic to join our dynamic staff of seasoned professionals. Travel between two of the firm's locations will be required.
Salary commensurate with experience.
