Specifically, we are seeking self-motivated Customer Sales Representative to achieve success in a pay for performance (we offer a base pay plus commission), business to business, outside sales role through growing our current customers and creating new customers by promoting our entire line of products and services.

A Day in the life:
* Drive growth of the Gillee's Lubricants company, customer base, sales and profits
* Promote the entire line of products and programs to Wholesale Customers
* Work with local Gillee's stores to develop plans to increase sales and proactively initiate, contact, manage and develop leads on a local basis
* Identify specific needs of customers and align solutions with Gillee's offerings
* Work with lubricant manufacturers' representatives to improve program offerings and grow customer knowledge
* Participate in educational seminars, clinics and presentations on Gillee's product lines and services
* Maintain customer satisfaction and provide strong customer service including solving customer problems, complaints and questions in person or by telephone
What you'll need:
* Understand and demonstrate basic selling skills such as preparing for the sales call, managing the customer meeting, handling customer resistance, closing the sale and account maintenance
* Strong organizational and follow up skills
* Capability to present information in group meetings
* Valid driver license
Customer Relations/Sales and Marketing Activities Make calls on assigned customers on regularly scheduled intervals. Write orders for customers’ immediate needs and stocking requirements, maintain dealer-stocking guides for those accounts that maintain inventory, Prospect for new customers on a regular basis Practice effective communications with customers and store personnel. Demonstrate understanding of products and their application. Show knowledge of NAPA cataloging and demonstrate ability to maintain up-todate materials. Demonstrate ability to determine customer's needs. Describe product features and their benefits to the customer. Support in current sales plans and promotions.

Pay: $650.00 - $700.00 per week
