Job Title: Business Development Center-Phone Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Business Development Center-Phone Sales Representative in our Service Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships through phone sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business opportunities
- Respond to inbound calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in phone sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
