The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities of Gillespie Group properties, including daily trash collection, curb and sidewalk cleaning, and parking lot sweeping.
The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, appliances, mechanical, electrical, drywall repair, HVAC systems, and carpentry experience. They will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
