We're looking for someone who is industrious, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a positive team player to join our Gillespie Group family as a Service Tech for our downtown Lansing apartment communities!
Potential candidates should be able to perform the following:
- Minor plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and landscape work as well as participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
- Conduct apartment turnover duties including cleaning, repairs and painting
- Complete all work orders in a timely manner
- Maintain property grounds through daily inspection, clean-up and preventative care
- Maintain and care of equipment
- Complete emergency repairs, as required
- Perform any additional tasks, as required
