The Grounds Technician will be responsible for performing various tasks related to property maintenance, including:
* Daily trash pick up and removal
* Cleaning up curbs and sidewalks
* Sweeping parking lots

* Completing basic service tasks
* Preparing apartments for new tenants
* Spraying weeds in parking lots and sidewalks
* Pulling weeds and watering flowers
* Bed clean-up in the spring and fall
* Trimming shrubs as needed
* Laying mulch around the property
* Performing minor exterior repairs
