Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Grounds Technician to maintain the beauty and functionality of our properties. As a key member of our grounds crew, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily trash pick up and removal of debris from parking lots, carports, and sidewalks
- Cleaning of curbs, parking lots, and other areas as needed
- Sweeping and cleaning of parking lots, carports, and common areas
- Assisting with preparation of apartments for new tenants
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the service supervisor
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or related experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, HVAC systems, and carpentry an asset
