RESPONSIBILITIES & PROJECTS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current workflows and identify areas for improvement through technology.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend software tools and technologies aligned with company objectives.
- Assist in the deployment and integration of new software into existing systems.
- Provide training and support to team members for newly implemented tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software adoption and integration.
- Document processes, workflows, and lessons learned during software implementation projects.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in technology to identify potential innovations for the company
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Strong interest in workflow optimization, technology integration, and business efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of software deployment and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and training.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
