Schedule
Full-Time in office Monday through Friday with weekends off
Key Responsibilities
As a Paralegal, you will handle confidential matters, such as case strategy, evidence, and witness information, making discretion and confidentiality paramount. This position demands a high level of integrity, sound judgment, and excellent organizational skills. The role involves working closely with a team to prepare a wide range of legal correspondence, briefs, pleadings, motions, legal notices, and forms. Draft and review legal memoranda, analyzing complex legal and factual issues, and perform substantive legal research as well as prepare discovery documents for trial cases, manage and file complex disclosure statements, summary reports, and exhibits with the court under attorney supervision in complex cases. Organize voluminous documents, including bates stamping, redacting, creating disclosure indexes, and conducting document reviews. Maintain legal records, files, and case management systems ensuring compliance with legal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would have understanding of concepts, terminology, principles, and procedures of law. Proficiency in legal research, using statutes, codes, and other legal resources. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with sound judgment and integrity. Skilled in extracting information from legal documents and court decisions. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all professional matters. Competency in using automated case management systems and maintaining legal records. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $53,000 - $95,000
