We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of retail finance, regulatory compliance, and the ability to drive financial performance while aligning with our long-term business goals.

Duties

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Oversee all accounting functions.
  • Manage mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence and integration processes.
  • Develop and implement strategic financial initiatives that support organizational growth.
  • Ensure accurate regulatory reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversee revenue cycle management to optimize cash flow and enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide insights on financial performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with retail accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Quickbooks software.
