The Role :
Drawing on your 3 or more years of experience in dealer management , you will create a positive sales culture and team atmosphere with a focus on employee retention and performance. Specifically, you will :
- Work with each salesperson, work on specific goals and objectives that are set and established
- Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits
- Conduct Sales meetings
- Maintain a balanced inventory
- Conduct highly motivated sales training meetings
- Strong closer for when taking a TO
- Well organized
- Excellent telephone skills
- Perform one-on-ones with salespeople
- Build a rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and repeat business
