Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and estimating. The Construction Foreman will ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site and manage a team of workers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.
- Manage construction estimating processes to ensure accurate project bids.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers regarding project status and any issues that arise.
- Ensure proper documentation of all construction activities and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards.
- Experience with contract management and understanding of pipeline projects.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
