The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for supervising tasks, managing contracts, and utilizing construction management software to enhance project efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Finish surfaces of poured concrete, ensuring a smooth and even texture.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of laborers on the construction site.
- Manage contracts and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize Prolog and ProCore software for project management, documentation, and communication.
- Conduct quality checks on finished work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in budgeting and estimating costs for concrete projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in construction.
- Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with construction management software, including Prolog and ProCore.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting and construction estimating.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor as required on the job site.
