Job Summary:
Gillmann Services, Inc. is hiring Machine Operators to safely run compounding equipment and ensure high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Set up and calibrate equipment properly.
- Handle customer materials carefully and according to procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace on your production line.
- Follow customer specifications and company guidelines during production.
- Work with the Quality Control Lab to check product quality and make adjustments as needed.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Materials teams to request or return raw materials.
- Label and store unused materials correctly for return to the warehouse.
- Help with machine setups, maintenance, and cleanups during changeovers.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and monitor production equipment.
