Gillmann Services is hiring for a Millwright Foreman for local and travel work, based in the Beckley WV area!
**Previous millwright, maintenance, and leadership experience required to be considered**
Responsibilities:
- Oversee crew on construction and industrial maintenance projects
- Organize and maintain job site materials to ensure job moves along efficiently
- Read and interpret plans, prints, schematics
- Installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment
- Follow and enforce safety guidelines at all times
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Experience on industrial construction, prep plant, and mine sites
- Experienced with all hand and power tools required of the trade
- Ability to work full time, overtime, and perform travel work as needed
- Communicate effectively with crew members and company leadership
- Set crew pace and organize work to meet project deadlines
- Have or be willing to obtain surface construction foreman card
