Duties
- Answering phone calls and assisting with inquiries or directing appropriately
- Record keeping tasks including filing, data entry, maintaining organized records
- Work alongside others to ensure all tasks are being completed efficiently
- Other office tasks as needed
Requirements
- Background in clerical/administrative work
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in all duties
- Ability to multi-task and perform tasks in a self-directed manner
- Proficient with phone and computer systems required of role
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a drug and background screening
