We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restoration industry, with hands-on experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties to their pre-loss condition while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
Duties
- Perform water damage restoration services, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
- Conduct mold remediation processes to ensure safe and effective removal of mold from affected areas.
- Execute fire restoration tasks, including cleaning and restoring damaged structures and contents.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various restoration projects.
- Clean carpets and other surfaces as part of the restoration process.
- Assist with asbestos abatement procedures when necessary.
- Build rapport with clients by providing exceptional service and clear communication throughout the restoration process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services performed and materials used during each project.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, and asbestos abatement processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
