What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tow Truck Driver position at Gills Point S Tire and Auto Service?

We provide extensive hands-on training with an experienced trainer, so you can be confident that you will be able to hit the ground running when your training is complete. Our customers expect to see a trained professional hop out of our truck when it arrives. That is exactly what you will become.
This is a full-time position (plus two on-call nights per week). No experience is necessary. If you work well independently, have great problem-solving skills and want to help people and can follow directions, this is the job for you.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will possess the following :
- ODL that matches your current address with acceptable driving record
- 19 years old or older (insurance requirement)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- No felony convictions (Police contract requirement)
- No misdemeanor convictions in past 5 years (Police contract requirement)
- Must live within 20 minutes of Milwaukie (Police contract requirement)
- Professional demeanor and attire in accordance with company policy
