GILMARTIN MAGENCE LLP a Real Estate Law Firm has an opening for a full time experienced Conveyancing Paralegal in their Newton Office.
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Independent processing of closing packages from beginning to end without assistance, review or supervision,
Preparing title commitments and title policies with understanding and interpretation of title clearing
Closing Disclosure input and collaboration in conveyancing software, including various types of data entry, funding/balancing ledgers and preparing and cutting checks from conveyancing software
Working with lenders, real estate agents, buyers and sellers.
Experience With TRID Is Required.
Candidate should have experience with the following software applications: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer and Adobe. Must have experience with conveyancing software. Experience with SoftPro software a plus but not required.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-past paced office with time sensitive deadlines. Candidates should also be detailed orientated with exceptional organizational skills and able to multitask efficiently. This position requires a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in residential real estate.
