We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Purpose
The Project Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are support the management of the operations of a construction project. The person is a detail-oriented, motivated, independent worker who thrives at being the linchpin and public face of the construction project. This person will have excellent multi-tasking and service-oriented communication skills. This position requires one to juggle competing demands, meet deadlines, coordinate with cross functional teams (clients, subcontractors, vendors, and labor), and manage contracts.

Qualifications
Two or more years' experience in general office responsibilities and procedures, preferred experience with a contractor, architecture firm, or similar. Experience with document control and contracts preferred. Excellent communication skills across diverse populations required. Self-starter with high degree of personal accountability and ability to multi-task required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook; Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team. Ability to learn and adapt to new software.
