Starting Pay Range: $25-$35 per hour based on experience plus commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performing drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work for in-home service calls.
- Operating sewer cameras and locators to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with sewer lines.
- Providing camera services for mainline stoppages and explaining diagnoses and solutions to customers.
- Unclogging drains, sinks, toilets, tubs, etc., using plumbing snakes and machines.
- Establishing rapport with customers and offering the best solutions based on their needs.
- Maintaining truck inventory and restocking parts to minimum stock levels.
- Safely operating equipment and wearing necessary PPE at all times.
- Utilizing Service Titan to document service calls with notes, pictures, and customer communications.
- Operating and towing a Jetter to clear clogged sewer lines.
- Attending required staff meetings and training sessions.
- Leading a septic/sewer line installation team on residential projects.
- Experience with pipe lining systems for trenchless sewer repairs and installations.
- Operating excavation equipment for the installation and repair of sewer lines and septic systems.
- Using drain cleaning machines and sewer inspection equipment to ensure accurate diagnoses and efficient service.
- Installing PVC, copper, and cast iron DWV systems for renovations and repairs.
- Reading and interpreting septic engineer blueprints and preparing estimates and contracts for septic and sewer installations.
- Good customer communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interaction with homeowners and clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Plumbing/Drain knowledge is required, with a solid understanding of system operations and diagnostics.
- At least 6 months - 1 year of Drain Cleaning experience.
- Excellent customer interaction skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Experience with Service Titan is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
Key Sub Tasks:
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out.
- Keep your truck inventory up to date.
- Properly complete paperwork.
- Be proficient in all residential plumbing services.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
- Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to operate hand and power-driven tools and equipment.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50lbs on a regular basis, and occasionally 100 pounds.
- Ability to tolerate long periods of exposure to inclement weather.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
