**Construction Superintendent**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed on time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction sites, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to project schedules. Our current project locations are in London, Whitesburg, Carrolton, Pineville, and Bardstown.
**Duties:**
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, employees, materials, and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and tracking.
- Supervise construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Oversee the construction team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Collaborate with project managers, owners, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
**Skills:**
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Experience in supervising construction teams and subcontractors.
