Environmental Field Service Lead

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Environmental field service lead to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our environmental practices meet regulatory standards and contribute to the restoration and preservation of affected properties. The ideal candidate will be able to run a small field service team. Tasks will include cleaning rail cars, moving rail cars and any other industrial cleaning needs. This person will be held to a high standard in accomplishing daily goals. Looking for a strong motivator. Training is supplied but prior knowledge is a huge benefit.

Responsibilities

• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to perform necessary restoration tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites while adhering to safety protocols.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of services provided.

Experience

• CDL A is a plus
• Knowledge of environmental regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members alike.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week

• Field service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
