About the Role

The Customer Support Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of Gilson's customers. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Manage customer orders, including processing sales orders, returns, and internal transfers.
  • Provide technical support and answer customer questions regarding product availability and pricing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Gilson's products and procedures to provide exceptional support.
  • Foster strong relationships with the Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications.
  • 1 year experience in customer service or inside sales.
