JOB DESCRIPTION :
The National Account Manager is responsible for effectively managing the portfolio of business for assigned accounts. The NAM will also be responsible for building and maintaining a diversified and comprehensive sales pipeline. In addition, the NAM is responsible for bringing on new high-level customers based on objectives set each year. Takes ownership of all aspects of their client base including KPI reviews, problem-solving, rate reviews, and any other tasks deemed necessary. Total client ownership while establishing strategic account relationships and striving for exceptional customer service. People management responsibility as it relates to customer workflow and establishing processes for staff to follow that will ensure an excellent customer experience.
