• Comply consistently with standard portion sizes

• Prepare items for broiling
• grilling
• frying
• sautéing
• or other cooking methods by portioning
• battering
• breading
• seasoning
• and / or marinating.
• Follow proper plate presentation and garnish sets for all dishes.
• Handle
• store
• and rotate all products properly.
• Always maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• performing closing clean-up duties.
• Uphold company safety and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our patrons and employees.
• Open / close kitchen when needed.
• Maintain clean kitchen by properly washing soiled dishes and pans.
• Work with front-of-house to ensure excellent service.
