Product Development Associate
We are looking for a Product Development Associate to join our product development team and our Design team.
Responsibilities:
- Clear communication daily with our overseas factories about the development and status of the styles, using the PLM system.
- Sending out detailed tech packs (CBDs) to factory for given accounts.
- Checking all PPS samples upon arrival to ensure all direction was followed, reviewing with design and sales, then relaying clear comments/approvals to factory.
- Creating and updating development charts staying aligned with time and action calendar.
- Work closely with internal teams including design and production to ensure smooth product flow.
- Sourcing new styles and ideas with factory when given from design.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in product development, experience in socks & hosiery a plus.
- Proficient in Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with PLM a plus.
- Sharp eye for color and pattern to be able to recognize mistakes from factory compared to CBDs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to get samples corrected when issues arise.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment with a self-starter attitude.
- Demonstrate strong skills in: Organization, Attention to Detail, Project Management and Time Management.

NY Pay Transparency:
The pay range for this position is ($50,000 – $55,000) annually based on skills and experience.
