Ginger Cove is currently seeking a Full-Time Executive Director of Ginger Cove at Home. The Executive Director of Ginger Cove at Home is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures in accordance with all state regulations, manages all Ginger Cove at Home (GCaH) operations including enrollment, budget, marketing, supervision, and member experience. Directly supervises all Continuing Care at Home employees including, but not limited to, sales, administrative assistant, care coordinators, and any sub-contracted vendors.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manages the entire Continuing Care at Home operation to meet budgeted membership growth, revenue and expense goals.
  • Develops and maintains the Continuing Care at Home infrastructure, including policies and procedures, forms, tools, processes, service provider network, etc. to ensure a positive member experience and a thriving program.
  • Ensures that Continuing Care at Home employees and representatives abide by accepted standards of practice as set forth by all related regulatory entities and the policies and procedures.
  • Will interview, hire, train, and supervise the employees of the program to ensure that high quality services are provided to members. Works with the CEO and Human Resources to ensure that policies and procedures are enforced and followed by staff.
  • Maintains a high level of competence by accessing training programs inside and outside of Continuing Care at Home to further the program’s vision and stay current on appropriate trends.
  • Develops and manages all aspects of the services guaranteed to members per their enrollment. This includes ensuring program included services are available and screened, as outlined in state regulations, for contracted vendors.
  • Conducts ongoing quality assessments of all contracted service providers to ensure that high quality services are consistently provided and to quickly and efficiently address any issues Members may have with a provider. Ensure appeals and/or grievances are followed up in set timeframes.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing a targeted, well-constructed marketing plan. This plan will include creating a trusted network of referral sources, providing community education seminars, and seeking community engagement opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales/marketing budget and all sales efforts to ensure membership growth. This will include participation in sales calls, seminars, networking groups/meetings, and other marketing/sales opportunities.
  • Will ensure that payroll and billing are processed timely and accurately, and to ensure that accounts payable and accounts receivable are managed appropriately.
  • Develops annual budget and manages expenditures to maintain sound financial performance.
  • Seeking new ways of business development to maintain a healthy organization.
  • Delegates’ authority to others for continued management of the operation.
  • Reviews and manages the membership process to ensure the integrity of the process.
  • Maintains Continuing Care at Home in good standing with all authorities having jurisdiction over the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or higher in business, health care administration, or human services field.
  • At least five years’ experience in supervisory or managerial role required.
  • Knowledge and experience working with senior communities.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, Board of Directors, members, referral sources and the broader community.
  • Ability to lead and manage all aspects of a growing business.
  • A strong commitment to quality care and service and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of older adults.
  • Must present self in a professional manner, display genuine concern for elderly and be tactful in dealing with others.

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
