Daycare Teacher's Assistant

Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide support to students with their assignments and projects
- Supervise students during classroom activities and ensure their safety
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
- Help with behavior management and discipline when necessary
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with students, such as babysitting, nannying, or caregiving
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with students
- Patience and understanding when working with diverse student populations
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
