GINHO America Precision Manufacturing, Inc (GHA) in Menomonie, WI is seeking to hire Warehouse Personnel. The GINHO Group, a leading global manufacturer of Turbo Charger, Exhaust and Fuel Rail components within the Automotive Market. GHA offers a seamless extension of our manufacturing facility.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

· Observe and keep SAFETY as a #1 priority!

· Unload and receive delivery of goods and supplies; ensuring the receipts are of the proper quantity and in undamaged condition.

· Picking, packing, and labeling products for customer shipment.

· Load and ship products to customer locations.

· Use GINHO Sage System as required by warehouse roles and responsibilities.

· Storing, tracking, and monitoring all goods with GINHO America’s inventory.

· Ability to move product via pallet jack and/or forklift.

· Maintain an orderly and clean work environment.

Desirable Candidate attributes:

• Verbal and written language fluency: English

· Forklift training or experience.

• Desire to be part of small entrepreneurial team, utilize and share experience, and drive success - WIN.

· Proactive, highly organized and exudes attention to detail.

· Ability to manipulate 50 lbs. / 25 lbs. on a regular basis.

· Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with problems and challenges.

· Capable of building and maintaining professional working relationships with colleagues, superiors, and external stakeholders.

This role is an hourly position, and its pay rate will be determined by the candidates experience and qualifications as they relate to the Desirable Candidate Attributes. GINHO provides a competitive benefits package to qualified employees.
