What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and acquiring high-quality used vehicle inventory.
- Appraising trade-ins and purchasing vehicles from various sources.
- Preparing wholesale vehicles for auction.
- Setting competitive prices for all used vehicles.
- Recruiting, training, and motivating a strong sales team.
- Setting and tracking sales goals to ensure profitability and business growth.
- Building long-term relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and auction partners.
- Monitoring auction purchases and analyzing gross profits to drive success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Used Car Manager (or similar automotive leadership position).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive results and manage inventory profitability.
