Overview:

• Ginny's Girls Estate Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Move Management Job Lead to join our team. As a Job Lead, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing smooth moves for our clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Establish rapport with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and expectations.
• Project Execution: Implement comprehensive move plans, including floor plans and timelines, as assigned by Project Managers.
• On-Site Coordination & Tasks: Oversee and perform all aspects of the move, from sorting and packing to unpacking and furniture placement.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of packing and unpacking assistants, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Problem-Solving: Address challenges and issues that may arise during the move process, providing solutions and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work at multiple sites a week

Availability:

• This position requires Monday-Friday availability at approximately 24 hours per week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
