Job Summary

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, presenting menus and providing information about specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety standards, and customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
