I'm looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Associate to support my growing coaching and speaking business. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, creating engaging content, and optimizing social media presence. You’ll help capture, edit, and post high-quality content that aligns with my brand’s mission of peak performance, mindset, and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, filming, and editing short-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Capture live content during speaking engagements, coaching sessions, and events
- Edit and repurpose existing content into engaging reels, carousels, and posts
- Schedule and manage content across social media platforms
- Brainstorm creative content ideas that align with personal branding and business growth
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices for engagement and growth
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube content strategy
- Comfortable with filming and directing content (basic photography/videography skills are a plus)
- Passion for personal development, coaching, and leadership content
- Self-starter who can work independently and take creative initiative
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
