Jamestown Hospitality Group is a growing collection of restaurants and catering venues, that include Tonic Seafood and Steak, TBG Braeloch Brewing, Park Café, Juniper, Jamestown Catering, Kitty Knight House and Giordano’s of Kennett Square.
We are seeking a Part-Time Dining Room Manager to join our team ASAP at Giordano’s of Kennett Square. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an organized, detail-oriented restaurant and will be able to follow company policies while making consistently sound decisions.
Jamestown Hospitality; a young restaurant group with multiple brands and themes and plans for additional units in the near future
Responsibilities:
Assist with the overall functions of Giordano’s Dining Room and Sports Bar.
Assure that all staff members are upholding to the quality standards set for the establishment.
Help create new systems to further elevate the level of guest experience.
Work with Executive Chef to develop and maintain a detailed pricing list including menus, drinks., rentals, any other services client may request.
Work with the General Manager to develop special events and promotions to maximize sales Develop/train staff to work/run events.
Greet customers and ensure they are having the best dining experience.
*Bar Experience a Plus!
*Alcohol/Beer ordering experience a Plus!
