Position Overview:
The Fitter Associate will be responsible to provide alterations such as fitting clients and sewing. Reports directly to the Alterations Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and Director of Alterations
Core Responsibilities:
- To provide alterations services such as fitting and sewing
- To understand and abide by all policies, procedures and directives and effectively execute them
- To support all departments to insure smooth operation of facility
- Thoroughly understand and effectively use all alterations equipment and alterations systems
- Identify fit and alterations problems and provide suggestions and resolutions
- Insure highest standards of client service
- Actively manage and effectively execute the fitting process
- Collaborate with the sales associate
Qualifications:
- Accomplished professional sewing and fitting skills
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 3 years in retail setting
- Full time (40 hours a week)
- Non-exempt
