As a Sales Manager, your ability to identify opportunities, develop market potential, and execute strategic initiatives will be key in optimizing brand performance. You will apply your expertise in account management, fiscal planning, assortment strategy, and marketing coordination to enhance sales and strengthen relationships with key partners. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure performance success, working seamlessly with internal teams to align business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow and maximize the U.S. wholesale business and achieve sales revenue/profitability for Armani.
- Establish and build relationships with wholesale buying teams at major accounts
- Monitor and analyze selling reports on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis to forecast growth and identify opportunities to increase sales and expand to new doors.
- Prepare for and present collections during seasonal selling campaigns to the accounts
- Work collaboratively with internal teams such as customer service, operations, planning, merchandising, and marketing to maintain efficient deliverables.
- Maintain knowledge of sales and current market trends within the contemporary or luxury space
- This role will be reporting into the Wholesale Senior Director
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum five (5 ) years of wholesale sales experience
- Post-Secondary degree preferred
- Men’s RTW experience required
- Experience with buying & merchandising strategies
- Understanding of retail math
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and lead team(s)
- Demonstrated experience in presentations
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Self-starter with strong priority management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, able to thrive independently and as a collaborative team play
- Personable and relationship-driven, with a talent for fostering strong partnerships
- Ability to travel when required, both domestic and international
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
